She gained fame in European cinema between the late 1960s and early 1980s, starring in various genres including erotic comedies, giallo films, and sex films, often collaborating with directors like Franz Antel and Sergio Martino. Some of her notable works include 'Five Dolls for an August Moon' and 'Your Vice Is a Locked Room and Only I Have the Key'. In the 1980s, she became a television personality in Italy, co-hosting a chat show with Barbara Bouchet. In her later career, Fenech produced films like 'The Merchant of Venice', and acted in 'Hostel: Part II' directed by Eli Roth. Her name is also referenced in Quentin Tarantino's film 'Inglourious Basterds'.
