Willa Holland, born June 18, 1991, is an American actress known for her roles as Thea Queen on 'Arrow' and Agnes Andrews on 'Gossip Girl'. She voiced Aqua in the 'Kingdom Hearts' video game franchise since 2010. Her role in 'Tiger Eyes' (2012), based on Judy Blume's novel, was that of Davey, a teenager dealing with her father's death and her mother's recovery in New Mexico.
