Full Biography
Suzanne Fields, born to a Mormon bishop, left home at 17 and dropped out of high school. She began her career in adult films after answering an ad in an underground newspaper, appearing in stag movies during the late 1960s and early-mid 1970s. According to a 1970 Playboy article, Fields was married to a rock musician who found her porn career amusing.
