Robin Simone Givens (born November 27, 1964) is an American actress known for her roles in television and film. She began acting in 1985 with appearances on The Cosby Show and Diff'rent Strokes, followed by a breakthrough role as Darlene Merriman on Head of the Class. Notable film roles include Imabelle in A Rage in Harlem (1991).
