Paulina Porizkova-Ocasek, born Pavlína Pořízková on April 9, 1965, is a Czechoslovakian model and actress who rose to fame at age eighteen when she became the first woman from Eastern Europe to appear on the cover of Sports Illustrated's swim-suit issue. She is also notable for being one of only two women, along with Christie Brinkley, to be featured consecutively on the front cover of this issue (1984 and 1985).
