Full Biography

Pamela Stephenson, born December 4, 1949 in New Zealand, is an actress and comedian known for her roles in films like 'Superman III' (1983) and 'History of the World: Part I' (1981), as well as her comedic work on the British sketch show 'Not the Nine O'Clock News' (1979-1982). She moved to Australia in 1953, studied at NIDA, and later emigrated to the UK in 1976. Stephenson has been married twice; her first marriage was to actor Nicholas Ball, and she currently shares three children with Scottish comedian Billy Connolly, whom she married on December 20, 1989. She retired from acting, obtained a doctorate in psychology, and is now known as Lady Connelly.
