Michelle Rodriguez (born Mayte Michelle Rodriguez on July 12, 1978) is an American actress known for her roles as Letty Ortiz in the Fast & Furious franchise and Rain Ocampo in the Resident Evil franchise. She won awards for her debut performance in Girlfight (2000). Rodriguez has appeared in films like Avatar (2009), Battle: Los Angeles (2011), Machete (2010), and Widows (2018). She also played Ana Lucia Cortez on Lost (2005–2006; 2009–2010) and voiced characters in video games like Call of Duty: Black Ops II (2012).
