María Ellingsen, born January 22, 1964 in Reykjavík, Iceland, is an Icelandic actress known for her role as Katrina Rukyer on NBC's daytime drama 'Santa Barbara' from 1991 to 1992. She speaks English, German, Danish, and Faroese. Her notable film work includes 'The Mighty Ducks 2'. In the movie 'Agnes' (1995), Ellingsen portrays Agnes, a housekeeper who falls in love with a doctor, aiming to escape her brutal employer.
