Full Biography
Born and raised in Australia, Madeleine West caught the acting bug early on, joining the NSW Talented Child Drama Ensemble at age 14. She honed her skills through various courses at institutions like Swinburne University, Tamworth Conservatorium of Music, Riverina Drama Ensemble, and NIDA. In 1999, she received the 'Be Your Best' Performance Scholarship from the Australian Drug Foundation. Despite her extensive theater background with productions such as Arsenic and Old Lace and Bye Bye Birdie, Neighbours (2005-present) marked West's first full-time television role.
