Lin Tucci (born Linda Petrucci on February 8, 1960) is an American actress known for her role as Henrietta 'Mama' Bazoom in the film 'Showgirls' (1995). Born in Rhode Island, she developed an interest in acting during high school. Tucci later attended Community College of Rhode Island and Boston Conservatory of Music, graduating with a fine arts degree in theater. She moved to New York to pursue acting professionally. In 2013, Tucci began appearing as Anita DeMarco in the Netflix series 'Orange Is the New Black'.
