Full Biography
Labina Mitevska, born in Skopje in 1975 during Yugoslavia's Socialist Republic of Macedonia era, began her acting career at age 19 after studying in Skopje, Denmark, and the University of Arizona. She gained international recognition with a role in Milčo Mančevski's 'Before the Rain' (1994), which was nominated for an Oscar. Mitevska also starred in 'Welcome to Sarajevo' (1997), 'Samotáři' (2000), and 'Warchild' (2006).
