Kristen Carroll Wiig, born August 22, 1973, is an American actress, comedian, voice actress, writer, producer, and member of improvisational comedy troupe The Groundlings. She is known for her tenure on Saturday Night Live (2005-2012) and roles in films like Knocked Up, Bridesmaids, The Martian, Ghostbusters (2016), Wonder Woman 1984, and Barb and Star Go to Vista Del Mar. She has also voiced characters in animated films such as How to Train Your Dragon and Despicable Me series.
