Kelsey Asbille Chow, born in the United States, is an actress known for her recurring roles on various television series. She appeared as Gigi Silveri on 'One Tree Hill' from 2005 to 2009, played Mikayla on Disney XD's 'Pair of Kings', and portrayed Tracy Stewart on MTV's 'Teen Wolf' from 2015 to 2016. Asbille had a supporting role in the film 'Wind River' and a recurring role in the series 'Fargo'. She also played Monica Dutton, one of the main characters, in the Paramount Network western drama series 'Yellowstone' from 2018 to 2024.
