Full Biography
Emily Cox was born to a British father and Irish mother in Vienna, where she grew up and graduated from high school in 2003. After developing an interest in acting through her English classes, she attended the Max Reinhardt Seminar for acting. From 2008-2011, she worked under contract at Theater in der Josefstadt in Vienna. In 2011, Cox moved to Berlin and has since appeared in various German and Austrian TV movies and series. Her role as Brida in 'The Last Kingdom' (since 2015) brought her international recognition.
