Elsa Lunghini, born May 20, 1973, is a French singer and actress of Italian and Sephardic Jewish descent. She began her career at age seven, appearing in Claude Miller's 'Garde à vue'. In the late 1980s, she became a teenage pop-star, reaching number one in the French charts with 'T'en va pas' at just 13 years old. Her album 'Elsa' (1988) achieved double-platinum status by 1993. She has released several albums and starred in TV movies like 'La mort est rousse' (2002) and 'Trois jours en juin' (2004).
