She started her acting career in 2000 and has appeared in numerous Brazilian television shows and films. Notably, she played Roseli in the English-speaking film 'Breaking Through' (2015), and Jenny Kord in the Hollywood film 'Blue Beetle' (2023). Marquezine also starred in the Brazilian series 'Nada Será Como Antes' (Nothing Will Be Like Before), which aired in 2016.
