Blythe Laura Metz was born in April 1977 in Chicago, Illinois, USA. She is an American actress, writer, and natural lifestyle expert who first gained significant attention in the entertainment industry during the early 2000s.
Metz pursued her passion for the performing arts at Arizona State University, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in 2000. Her early acting career featured roles in films such as Miss Cast Away and the Island Girls (2004), but she is perhaps best recognized for her lead performance in the 2005 film Jacqueline Hyde, a modern retelling of the Jekyll and Hyde story. Throughout the mid-2000s, she continued to work in the horror and thriller genres, appearing in productions like Nightmare Man (2006) and The Craving Heart (2006).
