Anna Kendrick, born on August 9, 1985 in Portland, Maine, USA, began her career on Broadway at age twelve, earning a Tony Award nomination for 'High Society' (1998). She debuted in film with 'Camp' (2003), gained prominence through 'The Twilight Saga' series (2008-2012) and 'Up in the Air' (2009), for which she was nominated for an Academy Award. Kendrick is known for her leading role in 'Pitch Perfect' films (2012-2017). Other notable works include 'Scott Pilgrim vs. the World' (2010), '50/50' (2011), and 'The Accountant' (2016). She has also voiced characters in animated musical films like 'Trolls' (2016) and was nominated for an Emmy Award for her role in the series 'Dummy'.
