Ana Otero was born and raised in Valladolid, Spain. After completing her secondary education, she attended the theater school in Valladolid, graduating with a diploma in dramatic art. She has worked extensively in television, film, and theater, notably appearing in series such as 'All Men Are Equal' (1996), 'Fellows' (1999), 'Amar en tiempos revueltos' (2005), 'Sex Issue', and 'The Mysteries of Laura'. Her film debut was in 'Give Me Fire' (1994), followed by roles in films like 'Malena Is a Name of Tango' (1996), 'Nobody, a Winter's Tale', 'La voz de su amo' (2001), and others. She has been nominated twice for the Union of Actors Award for Best Actress.
