Full Biography
Amanda Peet, born January 11, 1972 in New York City, USA, began her acting career with small television roles and made her film debut in 'Animal Room' (1995). She gained wider recognition for her role as Jill St. Claire in 'The Whole Nine Yards' (2000) and has since appeared in numerous films such as 'Igby Goes Down' (2002), 'Something's Gotta Give' (2003), 'Syriana' (2005), and 'Please Give' (2010). On television, she starred in series like 'Jack & Jill' (1999-2001), 'Togetherness' (2015-2016), and 'Brockmire' (2016-2020). She also wrote and co-executive produced the Netflix series 'The Chair' (2021).
