Adrienne Corri, born 13 November 1930 in Edinburgh, Scotland to Italian parents, is an actress best known for her roles in Stanley Kubrick's 'A Clockwork Orange' (1971) as Mrs. Alexander, Jean Renoir's 'The River' (1951), and David Lean's 'Dr. Zhivago' (1965). She appeared in numerous horror, suspense films, and TV shows throughout her career. Corri was married twice to actors Daniel Massey and Derek Fowlds. She also authored the book 'The Search for Gainsborough'.
