Susie Porter, born and raised in Australia, began her acting career in television and film. She won a Logie Award for her performance in Australian television. Her notable roles include playing a lesbian private detective named Jill Fitzpatrick in the 2000 crime drama 'The Monkey's Mask'. Porter also appeared in other films such as 'Bootmen' (2000), 'Mullet' (2001), and 'Little Fish' (2005). She won an AFI Award for Best Supporting Actress in 'The Caterpillar Wish' (2006).
