Story
In 'La morte ha sorriso all'assassino', Greta, a young woman suffering from amnesia after an accident, finds refuge at the luxurious estate of Eva and Walter von Ravensbruck. Dr. Sturges, who visits Greta, recognizes an ancient Incan amulet she wears around her neck as part of his research into resurrecting the dead. When Eva discovers Greta's affair with her husband, consumed by jealousy, she entombs Greta alive and buries her. However, during a masquerade party at their estate, Greta returns, now decayed but alive, seeking revenge on Eva.
