Full Biography
Tamilla Kulieva, born February 16, 1967 in Baku, is a Greek-Russian actress who studied directing at Moscow State University of Culture and acting at VGIK. She was an active member of Moscow's 'Uzatsovka' theater group and appeared in four Russian films. Since 1992, she has taught acting and improvisation techniques in various drama schools, including the National Theater of Greece. Kulieva received a UNESCO Gold Medal for Arts, Letters and Sciences, is an honorary member of Baku Slavic University, and was honored by the Hadjikyriake Foundation. She presented the documentary series 'Athens Calls Moscow' on ERT.
