Story

U.S. Secret Service agent Richard Chance seeks revenge after his long-time partner is killed in the line of duty. His investigation leads him to Eric Masters, a dangerous counterfeiter responsible for producing high-quality counterfeit money. Chance becomes increasingly reckless and audacious in his pursuit of Masters, resorting to methods that blur the lines between justice and vigilantism.

Summary

Directed by William Friedkin ('The French Connection', 'The Exorcist'), 'To Live and Die in L.A.' is a neo-noir thriller set against the backdrop of Los Angeles' criminal underworld. The film explores themes of revenge, corruption, and moral ambiguity through its intense, suspenseful narrative. Based on Gerald Petievich's novel of the same name, it stars William Petersen as Chance and Willem Dafoe as Masters.
