It follows DEA agent Kiki Camarena as he navigates the treacherous landscape of Mexico's drug trade, offering a distressing yet familiar portrayal of corruption and violence. The series is based on true events and explores themes of power, ambition, and the consequences of targeting narcos in 1980s Mexico.
