Story
In Los Angeles' Laurel Canyon, Karen has a troubling dream that her sister Heather is in danger. Meanwhile, Heather has moved to an isolated part of the canyon to avoid her ex-husband. She meets several men: Marcus, who assists her on moving day; neighbors Daniel and Marisa, with whom she shares dinner; and Michael, her landlord who regularly cleans her pool. Daniel warns Heather against Marcus while attempting to pursue a relationship with her himself, inviting her into sexual encounters that range from pleasurable to unsettling.
